Oral Paper Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Format
- Each presenter will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion, a total of 10 minutes per presentation.
- All participants are encouraged to attend the Oral paper presentations to listen to the presentations and engage in discussions.
- Each session will be moderated by a designated moderator.
Presenters are required to arrive at the assigned hall 10 minutes before the session starts and remain until the session concludes.

Eligibility:
Only the presenters who received abstract acceptance for Oral presentation can present.
Presentation Template and Deadline:
- Template: A specific template will be provided and must be used for preparing presentations.

Technical Specifications for Preparation
Font and Text:
- Acceptable Fonts: Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica.
- Minimum Font Size: 12.
- Avoid the use of hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and embedded videos.
- All images and tables must have a resolution of at least 200 dpi for clarity.
- Use copy-paste to add images, photos, tables, and similar elements; avoid embedding external documents.
- Ensure no overlapping of objects and layers; only the final visible view will be displayed.
- Save the file with a simple name, avoiding symbols or special characters (e.g., +, @, ΓΌ).
