For more than 9 years, We Avec U Foundation have been relentlessly working in the field of mental health. We aim to destigmatize mental health in India and bring change from the grassroots level. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services.

Our foundation is working on multiple initiatives related to mental health awareness and well-being. These initiatives include counseling and therapy sessions, cancer awareness programs, support groups, mental health awareness workshops, psychoeducation seminars, advocacy programs, and more. Our mission is to foster a society where mental health is as valued as physical health, and where individuals suffering from mental illnesses receive the support, understanding, and treatment they deserve.
