Rules for Abstract Submission

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

  • All abstracts must be submitted online through the website only.
  • All abstracts must be submitted as per the announced deadline. The abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

Guidelines

  • One person may submit ONLY ONE Abstract as the Primary Author and may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts as a Corresponding Author.
  • The same person may serve as the presenting author in ONLY ONE Paper.
  • Presenting authors must be Registered Participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by 15th November 2024 will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
  • The presenting author is required to ensure that all the co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
  • All the authors of accepted and selected abstracts will be given the option to get it published in a Peer Reviewed Journal, UGC Care Journal or Scopus Indexed Journal.(Changes may apply)
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • You may contact our team for instructions regarding the preparation of presentations.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  • Primary Author’s Contact Details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Affiliation Details: Department, Institution/Hospital, City, State (if relevant), PIN Code, Country.
  • Co-Authors’ Details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Affiliation Details: Department, Institution/Hospital, City, State (if relevant), PIN Code, Country.
  • Preferred Presentation Type: Paper Presentation, Oral Poster Presentation, Poster Presentation, or Paper Presentation and Publication.
  • Abstract Title – Must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words. Please submit symbols as words.
  • Abstract Text – Limited to 250 words including acknowledgements.

(Please Note: Word Count is affected when graphs or tables are included).

  • Abstract topic– Select the abstract topic.
  • Abstracts should clearly state: Background, Aim, Methodology, Results and Conclusion (Format may change, depending on the type of paper)
  • Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word, the first time it appears.
  • Use generic names of drugs. The presentation must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.
  • Submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or any other identifying information.
  • Click on the SUBMIT FORM button at the end of the process in order to save your abstract.
  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
