Oral Paper Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Format

  • Each presenter will have 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion, a total of 10 minutes per presentation.
  • All participants are encouraged to attend the Oral paper presentations to listen to the presentations and engage in discussions.
  • Each session will be moderated by a designated moderator.

Presenters are required to arrive at the assigned hall 10 minutes before the session starts and remain until the session concludes.

Eligibility: Only the presenters who received abstract acceptance for Oral presentation can present.
Presentation Template and Deadline:
  • Template: A specific template will be provided and must be used for preparing presentations.
  • Deadline for Submission: December 25, 2024.

Technical Specifications for Preparation

Font and Text:
  • Acceptable Fonts: Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica.
  • Minimum Font Size: 12.
Content Restrictions:
  • Avoid the use of hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and embedded videos.
  • All images and tables must have a resolution of at least 200 dpi for clarity.
File Preparation:
  • Use copy-paste to add images, photos, tables, and similar elements; avoid embedding external documents.
  • Ensure no overlapping of objects and layers; only the final visible view will be displayed.
  • Save the file with a simple name, avoiding symbols or special characters (e.g., +, @, ΓΌ).
