Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to trust@weavecu.org
- Cancellations received on or before October 30, 2024:
- Eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations after October 30, 2024:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Refund processing:
- Will commence 45 days after the conference concludes.
- Sponsorship withdrawal:
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to retain the full amount unless the sponsorship is resold.
Terms and Conditions
NCPO 2025 Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms and Conditions:
- Program Changes: While the Organizing Committee will strive to deliver all aspects of the exhibition and sponsorship as announced, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments based on unforeseen circumstances.
- Booth Allocation: Final decisions regarding exhibition, booth allocation rest solely with the Organizing Committee.
- Liability: The Organizing Committee is not liable for personal accidents or damage to exhibitors’ private property. Exhibitors are advised to arrange their own personal insurance coverage.
- Application Approval: The Organizing Committee retains sole discretion in accepting sponsorship applications. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not align with the Conference objectives, without obligation to provide explanation.
- Financial Transactions:
- Sponsors are responsible for any applicable bank handling fees.
- Please submit a copy of the remittance to the Conference Secretariat.
- The remaining sponsorship balance is due by October 30, 2024.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes related to the Sponsorship package or the Conference will be governed by Indian Law and fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, Delhi courts. Parties agree to attempt arbitration before pursuing legal action.
- Taxation: All government taxes and levies are additional and will be charged as per current regulations.
By participating in NCPO 2025 as a sponsor or exhibitor, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the exhibition if circumstances require.
- Final decisions regarding the allocation of exhibition stalls rest with the organizers.
- The organizers are not liable for theft, personal accidents, or damage to exhibitors’ private property. Exhibitors are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their property and personnel.
